中國茶葉協會(huì)會(huì)長王慶：講好(hǎo)中國茶故事(shì)靠标準化，茶業要“講普通話(huà)”

中國茶葉流通協會(huì)會(huì)長王慶在6月8日西安舉行的全國茶葉标準化技術委員會(huì)茯茶工(gōng)作(zuò)組一屆二次工(gōng)作(zuò)會(huì)議(yì)上(shàng)表示：向中外(wài)消費者講好(hǎo)中國茶的故事(shì)主要靠标準，中國茶葉企業不能(néng)各講各的方言，都要“講普通話(huà)”。王慶表示，陝西茯茶近幾年恢複了(le)曆史上(shàng)的傳統，幫助行業消化了(le)産能(néng)，對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村振興、精準扶貧和(hé)茶農(nóng)增收作(zuò)用(yòng)相當大(dà)，發展很(hěn)快(kuài)，也(yě)得到(dào)了(le)消費者的認可，但(dàn)标準化依然有待加強。王慶說，标準化是整個中國茶葉的軟肋。标準化可以解決茶葉從(cóng)種植、生産、加工(gōng)到(dào)銷售的一系列問題，中國茶葉産品從(cóng)安全質量、等級标準、理(lǐ)化指标等等方面都應該是一緻的，包括茯茶在内的中國茶企都要“講普通話(huà)”。他(tā)說，中國茶要發展，将來(lái)一定是标準化基礎上(shàng)的工(gōng)業化模式，向中外(wài)消費者講好(hǎo)中國茶的故事(shì)主要靠标準。這(zhè)就需要打好(hǎo)文(wén)化牌，特别是科技牌。全國茶葉标準化技術委員會(huì)茯茶工(gōng)作(zuò)組2017年成立，秘書處設在鹹陽泾渭茯茶有限公司。茯茶工(gōng)作(zuò)組副組長、泾渭茯茶董事(shì)長紀曉明(míng)表示，泾渭茯茶目前已經拿到(dào)50多項國家專利，正在建設的新工(gōng)廠(chǎng)将把茯茶加工(gōng)提升到(dào)自(zì)動化程度很(hěn)高(gāo)的智能(néng)化階段，并希望藉此積累經驗，爲提高(gāo)中國茶葉行業科技水(shuǐ)平、推動茶産業升級貢獻智慧、力量。
